These are a great idea - are there instructions anywhere that a newbie could give it a try ?

Not like I need another project - but what the heck. I have to have sewing skills in these fingers somewhere - esp with mom being a professional seamstress !

I'm reclaiming the basement for my craft room and our exercise room, since my son isn't going to finish remodeling it and move down there ... this way I'll have a HUGE room plus I'll have use of the ping pong table as my lay out sewing table

I thought I would give you a up date on our church sale. We had it today. Everyone made so much this year for our sale that the casserole holder were just piled up in a corner, and didn't sell at first ( I worked on a different table). After the first rush, I got a break and went to see what was selling. How they had sold alot, there was a space to put them up front. Once I did that they sold like hot cakes. I made eight for them and all but two sold. The two left I gave to a couple of friends working there who really liked them.
I feal the sale was a success. I want to thank everyone who encuraged me. A special thanks to Darlene who shared her idea to make them.

Curious as I have never tried to sell any of the work I have done. What kind of price did they sell for?

tricia 58, I only sold them for $15 at the church sale. It is only a 3hr. sale. So we don't price things to high. I was told they sell for around $25 at craft sale. Where you have more people for a longer time.
