      Default Bear paper dolls

Here is a few bear paper dolls I made for my daughter's niece. The little girl is getting ready to go on a trip. My daughter and I though she would enjoy a new doll to play with while traveling.

Skipper these are darling. I remember playing with paper dolls and using sears catalogs to cut clothes for my paper dolls. These little bears are adorable. Thanks for sharing. Dreama

Wow - talk about a trip down memory lane. I did the Sears and JC penny catalogue too. Not for the clothes - but for the paper dolls! I'd find a few that were al close in height and created a families.

But I also remember mom buying me the "official" paper dols. You punched them out of card stock and then pumched out or cut out the clothes too. Then I got the idea of drawing new clothes for them - because styles changed and I like new ones all the time. Mom would help me draw them out then I would color them in. I remeber using bobby pins accross thier stomachs to help hold the clothes on because tabs got ripped off after awhile. My little cousins were not as tender with themas I was and I "HAD" to share - lol.

Oh sorry - got off track there. MEMory lanes trips do that to us middle aged folks - well at this one. Anyway - I love the bears and the outfits you made for them.

I love paper dolls. I have a ton of embroidery designs for the dolls. I have made many of them.

I love your paper dolls. I too am a paper doll lover that used the Sears and J C Penney catalogs to cut clothes from. I still have my paper dolls from childhood.
