Beautiful day in Southern Illinois! I'll be outside in the garden today. I'm planting yellow meated watermelons. My uncle used to grow them in Texas. They are SSSOOO sweet!

Tomorrow I won't be on at all. We are going to St. Louis for the day!

Yes our memorial day is this weekend....tomorrow is my 26 wedding anniversary then a nice long weekend at the lake I cant wait !!

A yellow eat watermelon is the best. You hardly see them but growing up my mom's uncle in the country used to grow them and the regular watermelons so we could have them whenever we wanted.

Happy Wednesday everyone! If weather permits, gonna plant the rest of the Jalapenos, Spinach, and Okra today. More rain in the forecast. Wish I had planted last week. Yesterday evening I poured 2 1/4 inches of rain from the rain gauge. Yippee. Tomato and all the pepper plants look good this morning. They love the rain.

Good morning everyone (or good night). Looks like a lovely day her in Michigan. I am off for a day of track and field events. My son's girlfriends last track meet. It's going to be a long day, but the wonderful sun is shining.

windstar, Coffee grounds are great fotr tomato plants and all of your evergreen plants. Also a great ferlizer is hair, so when you have your hair cut place those cutting in your garden.

Good Morning, Everyone! It's 11:03a.m. here and it's a beautiful sunny day. On this day 45 years ago, hubby and I were married. We're still together! It's been a wonderful 45 years and he is just the best partner anyone could have for life. We're still looking forward to a brilliant future together.
