I'm in and out today. Tuesday has started off beautifully in central Missouri. I am going to try to hang out some laundry, but it may rain. Then down to my sewing room to work on placemats. Hope everyone has a great day. Hugs to everyone!

Happy Tuesday, everyone. It's 10:51a.m. and the weather is cloudy, rainy, breezy and cool. It's a good day to sew but my little grandson is here to spend the day so I will not have any time to sew. However, he's a joy and I'm happy to have him here today. He spends every Tuesday with us after his Kindergarten class. He has lunch here and then we do all sorts of learning activities (have you read my post "Road to Success" and "Road to Success - Part 2"?). We spend time practising the piano, working in K learning books, reading stories, playing child card games like 'memory' and even relaxing. He then goes home around 3:00p.m. and is replaced by his brother who arrives here after his Grade 2 school day. He has a snack and then I repeat the process at a different level and practise for his school spelling test and complete his school homework. After dinner I drive him home. It's wonderful to have them here.

In the summer, I promised I'd teach the 8 year old to sew and he's very excited about leaning how to sew. He's very artistic and this is something he really wants to do. The younger one is more sports minded.

Hey all. Just woke up from a nap.
Angie, Robert comes home June 6th. His leave was delayed a bit because of pre-deployment stuff. At least he should have good weather when he gets here.

I'm in for a little while, then it's off to town for me. I have to get my hair cut and drivers license renewed. Gotta look good for that picture! Guess it is a necessary evil! Maybe I will get some more laundry done today and hung out. Take care everyone. Have a good day!
