      Default Finger puppets Snowmen

I just down loaded the snowmen finger puppets. They are soo cute ! Can anyone tell me how they go together?? There is a front and a back but for the life of me I can see how they get sewn together.

      thanks Cookie tlc

      Hi, Cookie,
I don't have these, but I looked at them and the stitch charts. My guess would be to stitch them out on white felt, cut them out making sure you leave enough seam allowance to stitch on, put right sides together, and stitch on your regular sewing machine.

I sure hope if someone has them they see your question. I also looked in the instructions on the home page of the website, zilch. You could submit a support ticked to "Help and Support", perhaps there are instructions that haven't been posted yet?

      Good Luck to you,
      Marji

Hi, Cookie. Do you have a larger hoop than 4x4? What format do you use? Anyone who has a hoop larger than the 4x4 can use this outline to make the snowman finger puppets "in the hoop". It just has to be a touch larger than 4 inches high to go around the images.

To use this outline, all you need to do is stitch the front and back of your puppet on white felt, leaving the second part (whichever it happens to be) in the hoop. Place the first part behind the hooped part, right sides out, and line them up so that they match. DO NOT TRIM DOWN EITHER PIECE OF FELT at this time! Use pins to keep the loose piece of felt from moving and stitch the outline through all thicknesses. Then, unhoop the project and trim close to the outline stitching without cutting the stitches themselves, cutting straight across the open end. Ta-da, you have a puppet! I am designing a set of finger puppets for "Old MacDonald's Farm" that are done in the hoop in this fashion, and it works well.

Huh . . . don't know why people aren't getting the design. I'm posting it again, this time in PES and JEF format. I hope it works better for you this time!

I don't see any download files. Can you help me? Is this one of those cases where the d/l files didn't convert with the messages?

Yep, this is one of those that didn't transfer over. Here the outline is in DST format.
