Shari, thanks for the coffee, I love freshly made coffee!
That's an improvement that you can now do the exercises at home. Hope you are feeling better. The coffee was wonderful. Thanks so much.

Yesterday I bought one of those bright green grocery bags. I'm trying to decide what design to use to cover the grocery store logo. The logo is only 5 1/2" w x 2" h. I have some white twill to use as the applique patch.
I love doing appliques over designs like that. I bought my daughter a gym bag to take to camp and made a hello kitty (her fav at the time) applique pocket to cover the logo on the bag and it was also my way of putting her name on it.

Check with your local museum or history center to learn how to properly preserve books so that they survive. A number of years ago I picked up a a copy of an old book from the 1800s at very large bookstore. It was in good condition, but I got some advice from a curator at a state history center, and it sits proudly on one of my many bookshelves, out of the light and away from heat or blowing air and is doing very well, and has been of much use.

Hey...I have done something. Let's see..I had my coffee this morning, I did some hunts, I looked at some designs to stitch, I had to pick my grandson up from school early, I had my lunch, and I have been on here hanging out with everyone and catching up every since. Wow that's a full day from the looks of it.

It's easy to make a full day out of doing nothing and be tired at the end of it.

Well, I've decided what design to use on my "grocery bag." I purchased this set about 2 weeks ago and haven't used any designs. I will place a white applique oval over the old logo and stitch out rooster #2 (no crystals) after picking out my own colors. The overall design is larger that I really need. Wish me luck.

I just remembered that I need to go pick up something for my son's birthday tomorrow. So I will catch you all later...

I just purchased 22 sets from the site and I am excited. Don't know when I'll get to stitching them out but I bought them.

Today I helped on the greenhouse, mowed the lawn, took a nap, and went out to dinner with friends. I hope all that makes my legs tired enough to not ache. I really need to sleep tonight.

Tommorow we are taking two cars to Missouri to get new brakes. We'll drive one and look around, while the other one is worked on. Then visa versa. All day in the car with an active five year old!

I am cheating. I am sewing the bags for my daughter (she wants them for tomorrow) and checking to see what's going on. I have 1 more to do and then I have to stitch them back together.

It's late Molly, you should be in bed. How old is your daughter? Maybe she should have helped.
