i've got a dentist appt. this morning....
man, I hate those people! what a way to ruin your day... "did you floss at ALL this time??? oh, i see you haven't...." no she doesn't actually say that. but i can tell by the way she scrapes, she is thinking it... lol...

then on to the Chiropractor. i love these people..... you lay there, get massaged, and Most of the time, you come out feeling better..mmmmmmmmmmm... lol..

Had a short day today. Made it back home just a few minutes before a big rain shower hit. Didn't have my umbrella with me, I would have been soaked walking the short distance from the bus stop.

Debi, thanks for the endorsement! My daughter is a chiropractor. She has taught me to live a healthier life. I am without insurance and have been for two years. She has kept me from needing a doctor except for regular checkups!
