Once a day is plenty sometimes I click early in day and the later as it might count for two different days with my GMT time here

It has nothing to do with your time zone, but with your IP adress. Each IP will only count once a day, but if you go there from several adresses (home, office, internet cafe,...) you can click again and it will count.
