Ultimate Box Plus driver problem

I can't load the driver for the Ultimate Box Plus I just bought! The CD looks fine, the cable is correctly plugged in. My computer just says that the program is not responding. I've followed the manual directions to the letter.

I even downloaded the driver directly to my hard drive, but that didn't help.

Any suggestions?

Problem solved. Don't know how. Had to call on my friend the computer expert.

Time for a new machine! This one's a dinosaur.
