Thank you all so very much, I feel very honored! Everyone who entered the contest is a winner

I used the DBS Applique Easter Basket, embroidered it on medium heavy felt, used medium heavy tear away stabilizer and a light cotton as backing. The thread I used is from Brildor, 100% polyester; for embroidering I used a 75/11 Organ Needle.
After embroidering the parts I first sewed the sides to the bottom part and went on sewing the sides together (sewing machine: zigzag stitch - SL = 2; SW = 4), starting at the bottom, going up and down again and to the next parts. That way every seam was stitched twice.
