Thank you to all that participated and to Patty for coordinating this fun contest.
Congratulations to the winners!
THANK YOU ALL 'SEW' MUCH!!! I did not get to my computer last night and am just now checking things. I am so very honored by the votes I received and am proud to be amongst the winners! We are all winners because we are a part of SiCK!
For my table; I bought 2 white table clothes (on clearance) and a red table clothe.
I cut 15 inch circles (12-one for the top and one for the bottom) and used a heavy interfacing with the iron on side face down. This way the bottom was ironed to the top and then zig-zap around and add trim. I have a 6 place set
Napkins: use the Angel alphabet
wine glass coasters: the Christmas designs
The chair covers: 24 inche long fabric, 1-2 inches wider than the top of the chair. Embroider design in the center of the bottom 12 inches. Fold fabric in half and DOUBLE sew side seams (the seams are fragile with a lot of people touching/moving the chairs), and hem.
Table cloth: I mapped out a large rectangle in the center and basically marked where each place setting would be then placed a design above where the plate would be placed (so it could be seen while eating)
Really took longer to lay out the designs and mark then to sew but then isn't that the way of it!
Happy sewing all and THANK YOU again for your wonderful votes for all of us.

Good morning everyone! There was soooo many nice designs! Thank you to all who voted for my Jacobean Butterfly bag! The bag was made from this tutorial http://colorfoolcreates.blogspot.com...rial-ever.html. I did change it up a bit...making the squares but, this is the basics to making the bag. On the back side of the bag I put rhinestones in various colors, randomly. On the inside I put 3 pockets on each side, in different dimensions. Thank you all again...and a special thank you to all involved in doing these contests.....I know it's alot of work and I appreciate it....it's so much fun!! Joyce L.
Well done to all the winners and to all of you who put in an entry this month, patty is right your are all winners. Cant wait to see what is up for next month!!
Good Morning from the Burg! What a nice way to wake up and see that I was among the winners!! Never expected to win! Glad the purse project won 1st place! it was one of my favorites too! My other choice to win was the Jacobean butterfly purse!
This casserole carrier was my first attempt at this project. I had seen many project pictures here and just HAD to make one! Purchasing 2 placemats at Wal-Mart was the easy part! Surfing thru all the Jacobean designs was the hardest part!!! I selected the design and duplicated it on my software, centered it then saved it to my floppy disk for the Baby Lok, and off I went!! Each flower design has 23,000 stitches, which takes 62 minutes to stitch, and I did it twice!
As an added bonus, I took this finished project to work to brag, and ended up selling this one, and 2 more just like it to my boss! then the office manager bought a different one I took in! what a bonus!
Thank you for the votes! And thank you for the great ideas!

WOW! I am sew proud of the winners! Don't it feel GREAT! (and it should). My pleasure comes from the fact that I enjoy entering and most of all seeing all of the wonderful entries. I have been planning for Easter and the new contest already.
CONGRATS to the winners. Thank you for all who voted for me and my projects too. Andrea will be pleased to know her hippy pillow was voted on; meant to show not enter because the design was NOT DBS.
