You know we could buy Booze or drugs and this is much safer and everyone gets something sooner or later. You will never have to buy another gift and you can have fun while you are saving money to spend on your habit. It certainly keeps me off the streets.

I don't know where I might be able to find booze or drugs this cheap! lol. But it does keep many of us off the streets and out of other trouble.

I seem to want to embroider all the time. I start getting calls when dinnertime gets close! Wish this would make be skinny but it doesn't

LOL, My husband says when he naps in the lounger that he has to keep one eye open. He is afraid he will wake up with his clothes full of embroideries.

Now that would be a pretty sight! (I tell everyone who stays in my house 'if you leave it on the floor it will have a design on by morning!')

I wanted to put cute monkeys with the days of the week on my 26 yr old daughter's underwear. She said "NO!" I can't understand why!

My husband is an amateur astronomer, gardener, makes wine, does wood working and metal working, and is very handy with tools. Whenever I find a t-shirt without a design, I snatch it out of the dryer quickly and make sure it has some embroidery on it before it goes back into his drawers. He is always surprised and doesn't seem to mind. Cathy

I forgot to mention that on dark t-shirts that my hubby might where when going out to the telescopes to observe the skies, I always use glow in the dark thread to his surprise. He explains to friends that it is just an addiction in our household... Cathy

This is so funny. I hope you have never over done it so there is too much "glow" to interfer with the telescope.

I can't understand why either - perhaps you didn't mention the fact that she would be the envy of all her friends if she had let you do it! (You could always give her a set as a gift next Christmas - then she would have to say 'that's what I've always wanted!') LOL

I put hot pink hearts on a friends jeans when I mended them for her. She was quite tickled. However it did cure my children of asking me to do their mending
