Smile

Couldn't think of anywhere else to put this, my son sent it to me. Thought that it would bring a smile to everyones face as it did mine, the message " Share a smile it could go a long long way" or everyone needs a smile.
The verse which is hard to read titled:- Smile for you
Smiling is infectious; you catch it like the flu
When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too,
I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin,
When he smiled, I realized, I'd passed it on to him.
I thought about that smile then I realized it's worth,
A single smile, just like mine could travel round the earth.
So if you feel a smile begin, don't leave it undetected,
Let's start an epidemic and get the world infected.

The quilt block I did for Tracey seems to have earned it for me. I looked on there this a.m and bingo, I have been awarded a great avatar. It's just what my family say now, or, "don't tell me it was free". I think that says it all. Perhaps you could ask admin.

you can upload your own avatar. You go to User CP and under Settings and Options you find edit Avatar.....

They always say "Smile and the whole world smiles with you. Cry and you cry alone" I once read about how many muscles in your face are needed to frown and only THREE to smile. ...Is that so hard...... We really do need to spread that sunshine in smiles.........ANDYMOR
