I came across this free digitizing software tonight and downloaded it but I haven't installed it yet. The claims sound exceptional for a free program. Just wondering if it's "too good to be true"

Why do I never find anything I search for in the forums? Before I ever downloaded that program I came here and searched the forums. It came up with zero everytime.

Now that I have v6 installed and running after a bumpy start. I've now used it for a few weeks and I must say it is working great but still has few a few quarks. I don't know of any program that doesn't.
I'm not trying to advertize for them, sell for them or am indebted to them in any way. I just want to say they have a good product that does the job requirements I purchased the product for. As I had inquired about several other products and tryed out a few but this one meet the requirements I needed.
I know everyone has different wants/needs as a result there are many products. Check out the new Bernina Artista software - Designer Plus v.6 it'll blow your socks off.

It is next to impossible to keep people like that from spamming message boards. The best we can do is keep active on the message boards so we are around to spot it when it happens and whack them all as they sprout up. If you are technically skilled enough, I think you can blocvk their IP address but then they just get another IP address. At least it wasn't some gross porn

I am curious as to what a dongle is as my machine connects to my computer with a USB cable.

It is a piece of security hardware, very similar in look to a USB memory stick, that you need to put in your computer to run certain expensive software (especially certain digitizing programs) - used because hackers can quite easily make copies of the program, but a dongle is a far more difficult and costly thing to copy.
From what I have heard, it is near enough impossible to get a company to replace a dongle if you damage it - so take very good care of it if you have one.
