The reason I was thinking squares is they are easy to mail and most of us have a stash to take out of..but what ever you decide is alright my me..count me in

I love the square or dish towel ideas. What about doing the hanging towels that go on the handles of fridges, cabinets etc? (thinking selfishly, lol, I desperately need a new one on my fridge!) Donna

OK ... on the suggestion about the towels that you hang, aren't those made with the crocheted top ? That's where I'd be lost .. I haven't picked up a crochet hook in a LONG .. VERY long time !!

Let's hear what should be in the poll..I was thinking Quilt blocks..and yes I think where or who or both should be on them..perhaps some sort of towels..dishtowels or whatever, but I don't think we need to limit the number of people..I think anyone that wants to be in on it should be..What do you think..I will ask my DH to help with the poll software thingy..and Thats for that link..Sue

When I said 12 people to a group I didn't mean to limit how many people just to have several groups of 12 people each since there are 12 months to the year. My idea was to have a different dish towel for each month. I hope that I didn't offend anyone.

not always you can take a pot holder an a towel. gather the towel in the center fold the pot holder in half sew the center where the stiching is to the folded potholder use the loop to go over a botton you will sew on they are great and you can anything you want on them
