Problem with applique baby angel

I was trying to use a design in this set in fact the design is appliquebabyangel6-hjk and when I put my cardin the machine it said the card could not be used with my machine which is wierd because it is a card that is for babylock so I tried a different design in the same set and it worked. So I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue? I got the design while I had a membership that has since expired.

I had no problem. I have .Art and converted it usuing artiesta and then I saved it as pes. and opened it with pe design 7 and then saved it on a floppy and took it to my brother 2003 d utl and it showed up ready to stitch.

Is the design centred - sometimes it might be just outside the design field - try loading it again

Karen jay suggested it could be centering. When i pulled it up it was out of boundery so it does need to be centered. Do you have the software to center it?

That is not it my machine comes up with the card can not be read by the machine and it is the one for the machine and another design in the same set had no problem. So it is something in the design itself or when I downloaded the set it had issues.

It shows ok when I look at it.
