I don't think you will use them ever but it is just so much fun collecting them.
But you will never know when you will need some design you have.
so keep on collecting.
I was checking out my design collection and I realized how long I've been buying & collecting designs from Shawn. Dang time sure does fly. I have to wonder if I'll ever use the thousands of awesome designs I've gotten here LOL. Thanx to all of you at Designs by Sick for all the kewl options on designs for everyday things. Have a great day.

Anyone who does machine embroidery is a design collector and no none of us wants to stop. I've been collecting from DBS since I got my first machine in 2004. I love the designs and the in the hoop designs. Stop collecting. No Way.

Yikes - just got back from "big city" - had to get a haircut/blow dry style before it gets too hot here in Texas...... and I read about how all of you fellow embroidery addicts don't want to stop collecting! Did I miss the part about having to stop sometime in future? Absolutely no way, no how - I love em - I want em. Just like fabric - I want it there when I get a plan! Thanks DBS for supporting my habit.
The good thing about collecting designs it thar it does not take up room in the house like some other clutter we collect. And they will come in useful some day. It is a bit of a pain though when the new machine does not use the same format as the old machine. This has happened to me & I'm still converting my collection. It has given me a chance to get rid of any repeats though.
