It is not possible to tel you that how long it take to make this dress because we make the dresses in the bulk and whenever i make any dress for the special one i would always like to share with you.This is the one that i had made for my sweet sister.

and about occassion, no doubt it is best night outfit but in india It is general wear,Inidia is tradtional country where you donot require any occassion to wear a dress but still they use to wear this dress at other's marriage or occassion.
