Last night, I got the designs in the hunt for the hours 8,9 and 10
and this morning, the designs for 5,6 and 7. so I am missing points
for these hours. It doesn't make sense that I got the designs but not
the points. What is the reason for this and I am wondering if others
have had this problem. It has never happened before that points were
lost and if I recall, I looked to see earlier how many minutes it took to
find the items. The 5:00 didn't take long, but it showed a high number
of minutes because I started when I got up, not when the designs
started. The 6:00 one only took a minute, from what I can recall and that
showed up on my points listing earlier, I checked it as I always do when
I download a design to see how long it took me. I challenge myself to
beat a previous timing.... just for the fun of it.

I woke this morning and all my 1989 points were gone also all my purchases are gone too....
There was no mention of this happening, did Shawn wipe the site clean ?..........sigh
I just checked mine and I can't see any missing points, flbaker. Have you tried submitting a support ticket?

Mine was completely wiped out everything gone as if I never existed ... my account has started over again with zip ..
I have never in 7 years with sick have I had a problem, so how does one do a support ticket ?
I was able to figure out how to do a support ticket ...now I wait it out .
But it still really sucks as it takes a long time to generate points now and
if I needed a design from my past purchases I can't as nothing is there
anymore so to loose them all on April 1st .. as I stated, sucks big time........
I was outside, feeding the birds, and did not see your post in time, flbaker. I hope you get it sorted out - it sounds like you had a bad April Fool's Day!

I am sure it will be sorted out, flbaker, just give it time, but keep your eye on it. If you don't hear anything in a day or so, send in another support ticket, quoting your ticket number.

They returned my lost files and points but in the process they didn't let me keep the points I earned for April 2nd
and won't explain why my accounts were wiped out in the first place ..... I'm disappointed with the whole situation
It is possible that they don't know why this happened - computers (and servers) do seem to have the odd hiccup now and then.
I'm glad for you that you got most of your account back, and think that it may be worth putting in another support ticket about your missing points for April 2nd - listing each of the activities that should have accrued them - (and maybe thanking them for restoring what they did?)

About April 2nd points if I get them that would be nice and computer glitches happen but having just one person's
account wiped clean, at most , extremely weird 1 out of a million plus. I thank them as they replaced all very quickly
and Rob was very thoughtful to make sure he had the info right. Why would you think I wouldn't thank him?
I did not mean to offend you fbaker - you did seem to be unhappy with the admin and I was just suggesting that they do their best which is all we can ask. Rob is a very helpful lady who works very hard to keep things running smoothly, and I have no idea how she manages to sort some of the problems out that land in her 'in box'.
