hi shastamom, next to my house is a windmill i live in teh area were they dont have tullips they have here gassources and the farmers make here suckerplants potatoes

ja i know schiedam. i was 1 times in rotterdam by a party and i started to walk a little bit outside and then i got lost and ended in schiedam. how it is to life in australia think its more then beach sun and kangaroos or

Hi sakuhdakuh. So happy you joined us. My grandparents also came from Groningen. what a small world. I'm doing a family tree and i'm back to the late 1700's. I've got to go to Holland in order to get more info because most of what I need is not on computers. I have a pic of the boat they crossed on and the manefests with their names written. My grandfather came over first as a teenager and lived with his sister. then my grandmother came over at the age of 14. they didn't meet until they lived in Chicago. What a small world.
