Newbie!
Hello All,
My name is Jennifer. Sewing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I wasn't quite sure why I was forced to take it in High School (since I already knew how to sew
), but now I'm glad I did. I love to sew and create things. I'm really bad with straight lines though. So quilting has always scared me. I just recently purchase a Janome Memory Craft 9500 and I have become addicted!!! I have embroidered everything I can get my hands on. And told myself to stop practicing and start actual projects. I made a corner bookmark. I was proud with how it turned out. I have really enjoyed this site so far and hope to learn as much as possible!

welcome aboard Jennifer. So happy you joined us. I've only been here for 1 1/2 years and consider myself a newbie in embroidery, however, I've been quilting and sewing since 1961. If you want tomake a quilt there are plenty of us here that can help you.
