Ingredients
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) Campbell'sŪ condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) Campbell'sŪ condensed cream of chicken & mushroom soup
- 10.75 ounces milk (use empty soup can to measure)
- 1 package (8 ounces) of Italian blend cheese, finely shredded
- 1 package (12 ounces) of Steamers frozen broccoli (microwavable steam-in-the-bag style)
- 8 ounces honey ham thinly sliced deli meat
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 box (6 ounces) Stove Top stuffing - chicken flavored
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Microwave broccoli according to directions on package, let stand in microwave until needed.
- In a good sized mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients (soup, milk, cheese).
- Chop broccoli and add to mixing bowl.
- Chop ham and add to mixing bowl.
- Add cooked, cubed chicken to mixing bowl and stir well.
- Spray a 13x9" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour entire mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
- In a clean mixing bowl, mix hot water and butter or margarine. Then stir in the stuffing mix. Let it sit for a few minutes, stir it again, then spread it on top of the casserole.
- Bake casserole at 350F for about 35 minutes or until it is nice and bubbly around the edges.

My fiance made the suggestion of serving it with King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. The sweet of the rolls contrasts perfectly with the savory flavor of the casserole. It was really yummy that way. Made for good leftovers too.
