If you can't get a young, medium sized gruffalo, use these ingredients instead.
It's a tasty and easy to make dessert for kids and adults, just call it black forest crumble for the latter.

Serves 4
100g choclate chip cookies, crushed into "crumbles"
If you sat on a packet by accident, here's what to do with them.
1 small glas/can of cherries, about 400ml with juice, sugar and cinnamon to taste, 1tblspoon of starch.
Mix starch with a bit of the juice, bring cherries, sugar and cinnamon to boil, stir in starch and boil again for about 30 sek. If you're making this for adults you can add some matching liquor now. Set aside to coll.
250g low fat curd
sugar to taste
200g whipped cream
Mix sugar with curd, carefully stir in the cream.
Now fill 4 glasses with layers of curd, cherries, crumble, finishing with crumble.
Keep in the fridge until it's served
Enjoy
