Sounds yummy. I've never looked or even knew there was such a thang as Broccoli Cole Slaw mix. I'll have to check it out later today when I go shopping.

In our local Wal-Mart it is at the end of the shelf that they put the bagged salads in. At our Kroger stores it is on the top shelf above the salads in bags. Now all stores might be a little different. There are also some slivers of carrots and the bag says red cabbage but you don't hardly see it. Also it isn't the floretes of the broccoli it is the stalks slicked thin. I saw this on a Paula Deen show.

Oh it doesn't have to be warm outside to eat it we have it just about every night with our dinner.
