That looks like a heavenly dessert. I have a recipe for cookies made with egg whites something like that I was given to me when I was in junior high. They are so tasty and light. So I imagine this crist here wil be so tasty as well. and not to mention the whippped cream and all that tasty fruit. YUMMMERS!!! (And not to bad for our waistline either!!)
My mom used to make a fancy desert like this, but she called it Schaum Tortes and served it with strawberries and either ice cream or whipped cream.

Yep close enough to a true Aussie Pav....just make sure you oven is slow and low in heat to make this successfully. I cook mine in a very slow oven and then turn it off and let the Pav cool in the oven. it should be like mashmallow on the inside when served. Sinfully fattening, but oh so delicious
