Life is too short even on the longest days.
This angel alpha is realy cute i like the set and especially the fact that it is free
Thanks for the info. - what a great deal Darling and free, can't be beat.
Does anyone know how to convert the design's format to .art pls?
The angel alphabet is great, but it doesn't come in .art format.
Hi Joanmary,
If you down load the free version of Willcom downsizer it will also change the format.
It is very easy to do. COme back if you have any problems.

Sure that is the exact name of the software?
I couldn't find any website to download Willcom downsizer
Let me know if you are unable to get it converted. I can convert formats for you. I will probably be doing it myself soon, anyway, as I have a Bernina and will need it in .art format myself.

So many embroidery designs, so little time. Sigh...

I still haven't found a site to download the converting software. Do you know a website to download it from?
The new version can be found here

thanks a lot![]()
Do any of you know the directions for the TrueSizer? I'm looking for the "Format changing for Dumbies" lessons. I've tried to understand what I'm reading. Follow the directions and still am not changing the formats. I feel stupid -![]()

I'm afraid that Truesizer refuses to install on my current PC (or maybe it's the PC that is in refusal LOL), but from memory, I think that all you need to do is 'save as' and select the format that you need - I think there is a stage that asks you if you want the given size - just say yes!
There is a site with a tutorial, and I will get back to you when I locate the URL.
Here is the link to the tutorial (it is for an older version than the current, but probably has all the info you need.)

Thank you, motoandnutty. I would've sworn that is what I was doing, until it got to the part where it gives you a choice of size to save it in. I never did get that option to pop up.
And, LOOK ! The page is yellow. Just like the " _______ for Dumbies" books.
It is the CinDes designs that I'm trying to convert, too.

Thanks for all the tips. I have been struggling to open and use anything I have downloaded here. I will try the truesixer and maybe it will help.
Try using my personal favorite design viewing & converting program! (And of course it's FREE!) It is SO easy to use and very good for 'trying out' different color combinations without having to do a stitchout. I open EVERY design I get with Ambassador - to check that it has downloaded properly, and to see a very good simulation of how it will stitch out.

and here is a tutorial on it's use, if you need it
