      I'll lend you all the support I can, Sher. Go, Go, Go!! Faster, Faster, Faster. One more time...

      I started a conditioning class with a friend at the local rec center on Monday that will continue twice weekly throughout January. I also purchased an annual membership for use of the gym and swimming pool. A new swimsuit had to be ordered to complete the package (let me tell you, it's not an easy task to find a suit to cover this ol' hen's feathers). I'm hoping that the class will give me a good jump start in getting some semblence of fitness.

      I thought no one would ever ask! Count me in. Since being finding out that I have Celiacs I have gained. I need all the support that I can get! I'm planning on signing up at our local hospital's therapy place and going to arobics.

      I will give it a try.....why not, I quite smoking just before christmas because I got sooooo sick and just never picked up another smoke....
      Well now I find that every time I think about lighting up.....I put something in my mouth to eat....noooooooooooooooo

      Default True Weight 1/9/09

      OK ... am going to put it on the line here .. to my "friends" here at SICK.

      1/9/10 .. starting weight 275 (I truly am SICK about that as I started 2 years ago at 280 and lost over 40 lbs and I'm back to where I started. YEP ladies and gents .. I AM fully figured

      I will post my weight every Saturday morning.

      O.K. here it is. I weigh 212 and need to loose at least 50 lbs. It sure is hard to put this out there for everyone to see but I think that it helps to finally admit it. I'm glad that I have some support. I'll try to post once a week also.

      Well... Here is my 2 cents. Everyone is different...different things work for different people. I saw this man on tv earlier this week. It was like a light bulb went on when I heard him speak. His name is Paul MeKenna he is a hypnotherapist. I know right now some of you are rolling your eyes. I would have too if I had not listened to what he had so say in his interview. He has a no food barred approach which got my attention right away ! lol Just hearing him speak it was soooo logical it was like "DUH Angi why didnt you think of this" I went to amazon and researched his book, and read the reviews. I ordered it, I am not saying it will work for everyone but it might be the "ah ha" moment you need as it was for me. I actually started doing his program just from what he said on tv. Now that I have his book I read it in less then 2 hours. Listened to the cd that came with it. I feel amazing already ! I am excited to see where this program takes me.       Great idea Sher. Two years ago my doc told me to lose 50 cause I had diabetes)new DX). I took of 40 but never got the last ten off. Decided this is the year! I went from 233 to 193..now would like to take off the last 10 and 10 more! I am not worried about being a skinny minny but I want to be healthy. My hubby says, do wante ever I have to do ..just last a long time!

      I don't have to lose weight (145 lbs and 5'51") but I don't want to gain weight either.

      I haven't missed a class and have added a workout every Wednesday between classes. Our class on Monday will be held in the pool.

      Well, I lost 2 lbs last week. I figure I didn't put it on in a month and I won't lose it in a month either. I have started exercising daily.

      I've gone down 2 pounds this week.

      I seem to fluctuate sooo much! Most of what I need to lose (10 lbs) has been put on by stress, I think. I'm a big stress eater. I'm not hungry, but have to munch. Maybe it's time for some sugar free chewing gum.

      La cole, I sure wish I could find a water aerobics class close by where I live. I did that before I had kids, and I sure loved it.
