One of my favorites. It's like eating dessert .
CORN CASSEROLE 1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup colby jack cheese (shredded)
salt and pepper to taste
Drain whole kernel corn. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish for 40 minutes.
Love and Prayers,
Cindy

Try using" I can't believe it not butter", I tried this a few weeks ago with my grandmothers recipe and she couldn't tell the difference (she's old south style cook and doesn't believe in low cal anything!)
