Are you going through this http://www.designsbysick.com/points
With the new website, my available points are not showing.
thanks, Cynthia
I did go through the link on the website and it didn't work before, but is now.
thanks, Cynthia
glad that it is working for you again![]()
I looked at my points last night and it looks like I'm only getting credit for the votes. I know we don't get points for the hunt anymore. How about the hourly free? My DH got laid off 9 mo. ago and of course that's when my computer crashed. I've just gotten back online and man.... All the changes! Great new designs to check out.

I have made several written in the chat and I have been together points, for some reason I do not know?
Where do you find your points? Donna J
Donna J, to find have many points you have, go to DBS Home page. Click on the 'Free' button, then 'Points.' That page will allow you to look at many options including 'Your Points Earned.'
Never give up, never surrender.
Thank you!
Hi
I've bought several single designs at the regular price, and also design sets at Dollar page time, and yet I have not earned any points for these purchases. Please help me to sort out this matter.
Thank you.
Gracia.
Does anyone know posting to which forums count for points?
Thanks, Cathy
Hi Cathy - I think that the best way for you to find out if a forum qualifies for a point-per-post, would be to look at the number against 'posts' on the right-hand side of your post, (at the moment it is 16), it will go up one point after each qualifying post, but will not change otherwise. (eg. the forums telling each other of freebies available on other sites do not qualify).
I don't think that there is a definitive list published anywhere - but if you just join in where you feel like you will find that the points will arrive without even trying![]()
A very good way to gain a daily point AND show support for DBS would be to cast a vote at 'www.embroiderytop.com' every 24hrs.
AND if you post in the thread (see link below) each day, it will remind you when the 24hrs have passed AND gain you another point!
I always put the link in my posts at that thread, (or you can find it on the DBS homepage)

At one time I did not get any points for talking in the forums. Shawn had posted a thread stating if anyone was not getting points for this, to let him know. I sent a ticket in and it was fixed the next day. At that time I started counting points I should be getting, I looked to see how many points I had plus how many points I had for talking in the forums. I wrote them down each morning when I went on the site. 1 for EmbroideryTop, 3 for the 3 votes for the next days design, and 1 for every time I wrote something in the forums. Then the next morning I would check to see if my figures matched theirs and they always have matched. Now I only check once in a while.
Now you can get extra points if you go into My Space, My Face,(I'm not sure what it's called) and purchasing designs through that site. I haven't done this yet so I don't know where you find the link or how you can do it but I'm sure there is a tutorial somewhere here, or somebody will let you know through this thread. If you don't get points doing that then you need to put in a ticket on that.
Hope this helps
Thanks, I new someone would come through and let us know how to do it.
You also gets points for Voting for DBS at Embroidery Top. To vote for DBS, go to the Home page, cursor down until you see "Embroidery Top". Click on it and it'll take you to Embroidery Top and then vote for DBS and you'll be brought back to DBS showing that you have earned a point.
