Smile finding my designs ..need software?

      Hi there
I have lots of designs now but I have trouble finding the ones I want to use on the computer. Is there a cheap or free software that can Catalogue them? Also I find that the software to digitize is also pretty complicated which one do you think is good for a beginner. Music is my passion so I would love to do some patterns with music items notes etc in them.

Go back to the other thread you started about breaking needles.
There are suggestions there on programs for viewing your designs on your computer.
      Read the last 2 pages.
Here is the link to the thread click on it.
      http://www.designsbysick.com/forums/...-t11794p2.html

Also when you download designs try making different folders on your computer with the name of the place you got the design from.
Then make sub folders with in those folders and name the sub folder with what type the design is.

So I have a Folder caller Downloaded Designs.
Then in this folder I have a folder named Sick Designs.
Then I can have sub l folders in the sick Designs folder that has ther name the types of design I got from Sick Designs such as FSLace, Childrens, Transportation etc.

So when I download a design I put it in the folder of the place I got it from and then in that folder I put it in the sub folder of the type of design it is.

This will give you a better chance of finding a certain design quickly on the computer.

Then using one of the programs suggested to you in the other Thread will help you see pictures of the designs in those folders in Windows Explore.
