Help! - Embr Supplies in England Needed

Hi Everyone!

Phillipa on our forum is looking for Vendors that sell the Fibrous Type of Water Soluble like Vilene.

She is also looking for other supplies such as thread, needles and other stabilizers at a good price.

She lives in Fens in East Anglia.

I am sure she would appreciate any information you could pass on to her about where you purchase Embroidery Supplies in areas near her or from Vendors she can have the supplies mailed to her from anywhere in England.

If you have or know of a good vendor/s in England for Embroidery Supplies and pass them on here I will make a list and post them in the right section on the forum so others can access the list at anytime.

Thank you for doing this Denise. I have Binders in Peterborough which is the closest but with limited supplies. I do object to paying over £3.00 for 1 metre of vilene. I can go to Dunelm Mills and purchase normal vilen for interfacing, but they are not a store for buying normal sewing supplies, they specialise in curtain fabrics and household linen and selland buy the equivalent vilene for tear away and cutaway far more cheaper than we are charged for the stabilisers. Stop laughing when I tell you I go the Garden Centre to buy knitting yarn, they have a small hobby area, sell normal sewing thread also. We are going over to Northampton and see if I can find a store over there.
