I came home after 4 hours away and the new hunt has no picture and the freebie has
no place to choose the format, even though it asks me to. And the designs, I was gone
for 4 hours and I only missed one design. I am sorry you "broke the server" this time
I would have grabbed the designs for 25 pts and sets for 100pts. Please do that again,
I procrastinated and didn't get any!

It does appear that the server is down right now. Maybe some updates are being made (like the top 100 being added back). Another point sale would be great but don't expect to see another one for awhile.

Hmm - woke up - grabbed coffee - came to computer as usual - checked the designs first thing - as usual. Nothing but a statement 'Sorry, we had to take off line due to unknown errors'!!! Oh dear - how will we survive such an interruption to our daily routine? I might have to go and put a load of washing on instead LOL. Hope they get it fixed soon.

Seems a hard drive went down, part of the raid system, everything is always duplicated on 2 drives at the same time. Waiting for the techs to investigate and replace.

Yeah.. my daily routine is interrupted to a great extend.. I dono what to do, so i click F5(Refresh) the page again and again..every half hour i am going back to the page hoping that it would be back now.. o my god.. its a terrible day!!

Sorry the RAID drive is giving you issues. That is never fun.
I am assuming you do back ups of the drive as well?
Thanks for reminding me that my husband needs to do one on our pictures folder (it is something like 500 gig in size) and I need to do my monthly back up of my designs.
I really appreciate that you have a way for us to go back to designs we have purchased and download them again "just in case" all our back ups don't work. My only wish was that when I had a membership I would still have access to putting those files back onto my computer that were active during the time I subscribed.

It looks like part of your system is now working, I can get into the Home page and go onto forums so that is neat.

Thanks for all the hard work I know that goes into maintaining a database that is being hit upon continually. When I first started machine embroidery and subscribed you had 27 pages of designs and now you have about 100 more. That sharp of a growth plus seeing how many users are on hand at any given time demonstrates the complexity of this webpage. When you probably started up this business you were thinking "Gee it might be fun to sell some designs", though I wonder if you ever realized how successful you would become and how you would suddenly be forced into programmer/web designer/database manager roles. Kudos for taking on such a huge project because we all benefit from the tremendous time and energy you place into making your website one of THEE best on the internet and influencing the days of so many people.

the hourly freebie is broken but you can still access the daily and hourly hunt. I did not know that and just kept testing the website only by clicking on the hourly freebie.
Maybe someone else can learn from my mistake.

Exactly! DBS THE BEST!!! Now Hourly hunt is up and Daily Design is ok. Praying hard for the hourly Freebie too.. hope they will fix this soon. I dont know what to do every hour. DBS is the main reason why i keep my webbrowser open whole day ...
