help with christmas gift card holders

I received a couple of the freebies and wanted to make some for a show but i am not sure how where the layers would go & the pocket.
any photos or detailed help for a beginner?

I'm in New River Arizona!
I found the instructions for the card holders on Rhonda's website. Here is the link http://designsbyrhonda.com/files/ITH...structions.pdf
What I did is look click the designers bio and if they have a website it is shown and you can visit their website to see all their other great designs and usually get instructions.
