      Smile Fringing designs

Any chance of some fringing designs? There are not a lot around.

I have not tried doing that. Is it easy.
My imagination keeps thinking that after a few washes the lion might become bald or all the little threads would come out. Do you have to wash those any differently?

I love the fringe designs, i treat them no differently when laundering than anything else and haven't lost any fringe. It would be great to have some Santas with fringy beards!

You are right, there doesn't seem to be a lot of these designs around. I have seen a lion with a fringed mane and I do have a golliwog design (there are not very many of those designs around either) & he has fringed hair (stitches out very nicely), but a santa with a fringed beard would be great.

Yes Santa with the beard, the fuzzy hair a top of a reindeer. And please don't forget Mrs. Claus (she gets left out a lot). Wouldn't it be cool to make a fringed green Christmas tree? Do you think it could be done? Maybe in parallel strips. If you could do that then a wreath would look neat too.
