      Hi ladies,
      I'm wondering what this is (flash felt). Is it suitable for ME? I have no idea.....I hope you can help me.

      It appears to be felt with shimmer. Should be good for certain felt craft items.

      The felt is not shiney. I believe it has short pieces of metallic-like thread scattered throughout.

      I have some of that in red with metallic snips of thread through out it.I made some floor length curtains for a friend who wanted something to block the air coming into the room.I also made a few decorative pillow covers for her.It is a great craft material.Just think of party hats ,picture frames.

      That is something my daughter would probably love an outfit out of...she is in the princess phase that has lasted for a few years now.

      Thanks for the education. Remember when shopping for fabric was fairly straight forward, now you need the internet to figure out what you might be buying. But there is NOTHING that substitutes (for me) feeling a fabric to know if it is something I would like to use.
