So sorry you had so many problems. I have done designs like this and I know what a nightmare this can be. When these came out I said they looked a little choppy in another thread and I did not purchase this set as much as I love applique.
I bought the set Applique fairies and wanted to do one on a pair of jeans for my granddaughter.
Tried it first but the design didn't come out very nice. The final zigzag stitches came out all wrong and were so close to eachother that my machine had a lot of difficulties doing them. I got a very big lumb on the backside of my design and my thread broke several times. Had to take it out twice. And the star didn't go well either because the machine didn't have enough room to move .
Is anybody having the same troubles with these designs?
Watch the pic closely than you will see what I mean.

On the home page there is a link. I went through the series of links for you. Thought you had been through enough. Been there, done that, too many times. Try this http://www.designsbysick.com/helpdesk/index.php?a=add If that doesn't get you to the email form, then on the top left side is the help/support. They're good, will work with you.
I have not tried them yet and I may not now.
Life is too short even on the longest days.
Oh so sorry you are having trouble, I hate it when you do a design and it doesn't work for one reason or the other. I have a membership but will put a note next to these to make sure I test it first.
I am so sorry you are experiencing problems with the design but I really appreciate the fact that you bring problem designs to our attention so we can at least be aware of the problem before using the design. I know I won't use this design unless there's a message from the digitizer that the problem has been fixed. Thanks for bringing the problem to our attention, although I'm so sorry you had a problem with the design.

thank you for posting this. i had the same type of problem with a car design i downloaded from here. but instead of doing something about it, i thought it was because i was a beginner and was doing something wrong.
please keep us posted, as i also downloaded them.

Thanks for posting and bringing it to the attention of the staff. I, too, will be interested in knowing how this is resolved. Also, I hope others will let us know if there are problems with any other designs and also bring them to the attention of the staff so the problems can be resolved instead of the designs being shelved after being purchased.
I got an answer that it must be my machine. I was advised to slow down my speed and clean the bobbin area.
But I did all that and still it is no good.
So I think it is the design itself.
I don't know what they are going to do about it.
A friend of mine did the same design and got the same experience.
So I hope there will be a solution to it real soon.
Well I've had trouble too with the embossed alphabet. But I finally got it to stitch better by adding a heavier stabilizer on the bottom. It stitched very well on a thin towel but when I stitched it out on a thicker towel It too, started bunching thread on the bottom.I will try it again this time using ultra solvy on the bottom and nothing on the top. I'll let you know how it comes out.
Boltonia, you may want to try some tear away on the bottom and solvy on top for the heavy towel.
I used the embossed alphabet on a fleece blanket with only Solvy on top. The four letters combined for over 50,000 stitches. I used my Megahoop and had no problems. You can see the blanket in my album:

Never give up, never surrender.
I will but the set I am talking about was the set with the rectangular frame and the words, MINE, GUEST, OUR,THE KISSING COUPLE AND THE HEARTS. Thank you for the information.
Oh yeah,,, your blanket is beautiful. I also have the set you used I love this look

It's ok I am not in the least deterred from enjoying myself. I think that on a small machine like mine the broader lettering will work best. But it did stitche out fine on the lighter weight towel
