Hello newbie from Canada

Just wanted to say Hi and I am new here and somewhat new to embroidery in general as it's only been a hobby for that past year or so!

I have already learned lots but tons to go but I find I just love it and am trying everything I can even did a roll of TP today

I live in Canada with hubby and my 3 Chinese crested dogs and.

So nice to meet you all and see you round the boards

Welcome to DBS crestedcrazy. This is the best site around. If you have a question, just ask. The generous, talented, knowledgeable ladies will be sure to have an answer for you. As for myself, I like to chat and learn. I'm finding I am having the occasional answer too, finally. I've be embroidering for about a year as well. Welcome! I only have 2 cresteds now. It's great to meeet someone who has some also! Of all the dogs we've had join our family over the years I must say I am very partial to this breed.You will enjoy this group. There is lot's of great information and converstations here. WARNING! If you spend any time on here it will cut down on your creativity unless you're good at multitasking

Wow what are the chances of finding someone else who love embroidery and such and has cresties as well

And I agree they are a wonderful breed and my first purebreed and I am hooked!
3 are plenty at the moment though although one day I do want one more.

My male hairless Noid is my Muse and the whole reason I even got into embroidery in the 1st place, started off just doing an online doggy boutique and that evolved into making clothing for him and others and of course embellishing and personalizing with the embroidery

And yes forums can be very addicting too but this one will definitely be very helpful in learning too

That's my story and sticking to it ...lol

Hi Crestedcrazy. Welcome to this wonderful site. I have a friend who lives in Pain Court Canada is that anywhere near you? Lots of helpful people here. I too have just been embroidering for a little over a year and love it. Lots of wonderful designs on this site that stitch out beautifully. Took me forever to look at all the wonderful projects everyone has. Hope to see some of your work soon.

Sorry I have absolutely no idea where that is, I am on Vancouver Island on the west Coast myself

I'll share some of my latest creations as soon as I figure out where to post them
