      Unhappy Lost points

      I did not get one of the designs I bought with points. How can I resolve this. It just took the points away and did not let me download the item. It was only 25 points but I didn't have many.

      If you will go to the design area of the site in the right upper left hand corner. There is a link to use if you are having problems.Help and Support. I used it when I did not get the correct price .I asked to have the purchase canceled . And it was. Not right away ...but it was canceled. I did not down load the design set. ....If I had I would have received free because all who purchased with points and were charged the wrong amount got their purchase free.So try this link on the home page. Also check your points total you may find that your points have been restored

      It really isn't hard to get the issue resolved. If the link to download is not on your points purchased page simply submit a ticket to the help desk and I guarantee you they will take care of the problem. I submitted a ticket this morning and my issue was resolved within 10 to 15 minutes. Being this late in the evening I don't know if it will happen this fast for you but you can give it a try.

      Thanks to everyone for your help. I didn't know where to go on the site until you pointed out to go to the home page. Everything might seem simple to those doing it for a long time but thanks again for pointing the way. It thought resolutions was the correct area.

      Whenever it is a problem with something on the Site go to the Site. Most times when you have an issue with anything on DBS it can be resolved there and No need to get steamed. Most sites have a Help area.
