Log in to forum question & voting problems

Need help please. I have been using this site for a few years and have never had a problem staying loged in until now. I log in and may go to vote for daily design and it will accept that vote. The second selection that day will not be accepted (telling me I need to be loged in to the forum - which I had previously done.) If I log in again, I am allowed to vote, but the 3rd vote of the day will again not be accepted. Does anyone have a solution that will solve my problem?
