Downloading

When I download the hourly free design, and click on PES it starts opening my PE Design screen for Layout & Editing and displays a very poor image of the design. So if you went into the program to look at designs to stitch out you would never pick them as they really look horrible. Nothing like what they are suppose too. This only started a few weeks ago. This is also the way it works on my free daily, but NOT on the hourly hunt. This is only on my computer that has PE Design on it. If I download from another computer, like my laptop, they save the normal way of just opening up my documents where I save them and I click save. Can someone help me know how to get it to Not download through PE Design software. And it doesn't give me a chance to choose anything but retry or cancell. Would appreciate any help offered. thanks debbie-emb

I do have PE software and never had any problems with downloading designs whatsoever.

Have you tried using your right mouse button and choosing "save as" and selecting your Documents folder? That might help.

I never had this happen until just a few weeks ago either, which makes me wonder if I maybe "clicked a button" I wasn't suppose to.
When I "save as" through PE it goes to my documents, just looks crummy. Thanks
