Chocolate balls

You will need:

1 packet of malt biscuits 200 gram
1 395 gram tin sweetened condensed milk
1 cup desicated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
2 tablespoons of cocoa

First of all crush the biscuits into a powder, I do mine in a bag with a rolling pin.
Put them in a bowl, then add the cocoa powder and coconut. Mix well.
Add the condensed milk, then mix all together thouroughly.
Take a teaspoon and spoon the mixture into your hand and roll them into balls about teh size of a cherry tomato.
Drop them onto a plate that has the extra coconut and coat them well.
Place them into the fridge for about 1/2 hour to set. Enjoy!

Tip: before rolling them in your hands, dip your hands in water and shake off the excess, then roll. This way the mixture doesnt stick to your hands and you get a nicely shaped ball.

they are biscuits that have malt in them. But you can use any kind of plain bisuicts

You can use any kind of plain biscuits really, they are just nicer with the malt in them. As long as they are not cream biscuits

Thanks bunches for posting the picture of the biscuits. I couldn't figure out if you were talking about a type of cookie or biscuits like a bread. I love those ole fashion Malted milk balls, candy in the milk carton.

The finished balls look yummy, except for the ones la_cole has been pecking on. tee hee
