I tried three times so far. It will not let me download it, says I'm not a subscription member. If I try to put it in the cart, it says I have to have a minimum order of $5.00. I emailed them but have not received a reply. Quite disappointing, since I got the email saying here's your gift but I can't have it. Anyone else know what's wrong? Thanks.
