It is wonderful that everyone here will band together to get the requested designs! That is part of what makes us such a great group, don't you think?

However, don't forget that if you can afford a membership to any of these sites (a membership to CuteEmbroidery covers the alphabets, lace, cross stitch, and applique sub-sites, and there is also the Amazing Embroidery Designs site), it is well worth the money and Veronika appreciates the support. Adorable Applique [which doesn't offer a membership] and the CuteAlphabets [also not a membership site but which has it's own voting thread here] are managed by Veronika as well. So purchase if you can, and if you can't, sending a "thank you" never goes amiss.

Of course, if it is a question of spending there versus spending on Designs By SiCK, you shouldn't have to wonder which I would have you pick. *LOL*

A good reminder Cutiepie - I have bought sets from CuteAlphabets, and had a six-month membership at CuteEmbroidery, but am guilty of not posting thank yous very often.
(usually I see loads of thank yous already for the same thing I would be thanking for, and think I have nothing new to add to them - but I am probably wrong in that thinking, and should change my ways!)

Amazing has an AMAZING new font posted called SweetFont (and it is SO pretty!)
so I think that 'catch up' is over for a while (there are sometimes a gap or two after the first few letters are posted so who knows - if we're vigilant!)
The most important thing is to TRY HARD not to miss any (I know that's easier said than done LOL, but do try!)

At the moment the F is out front with 74 votes against the nearest at 28 votes, and the new A only has 9! - (but America is not awake yet LOL!) - so I know where I would place my bet if I were a gambler!

The F just won! Thanks everyone, it was the only one of this set I was missing. I am just obsessive/compulsive enough for this to bother me. I barely made it on this letter, since they are starting a beautiful new alphabet today.

I'm all for letting the new SweetFont take its course for tomorrow, and as long as there is a new letter available.

ok, I'm online again, but I missed a lot those last days. Is it correct that we got the last missing Amazing Applique letters V and F and the Amazing Flower Font G?
I saw they started a new alpha today, so voting for old missing letters has to be postponed for four weeks now...

OMG - I'm so glad beeboomer grabbed the F straight away! - The Sweetfont A is now the 'winner' for today!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now we know how the A wins even tho there have been massive numbers of votes for something else - it is given without needing any votes!
(it also explains how so many people miss the first letter of an alphabet - if you only visited once a day you would assume that once you download the daily freebie the next voted design would not be up for 24hours, and so the time would be up for the A before you went back to check again!)
SO everyone - Go and get your Sweet A quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I do love to collect. I have been looking for something to do on hankies for Christmas, this is lovely but I fear it would be too heavy a stitch for the delicate linen. BTW, I have a begging thread going in the Q&A section about this. Any input anyone has would be very appreciated!

I have attempted embroidering on hankies, Lilith, but have not been entirely happy with the results. I would like to try some of the fiberous wash-away but am too cheap to purchase the stuff.

Oops, sorry. What I meant was I wanted to try some tear-away/wash away. I use the fiberous wash away for all my FSL

I have found the open work florals from DBS stitch beautifully on lightweight fabrics such as the hankies. The designs aren't stitch intensive.
