I wanted to suggest this too, moto, when I saw how many people are still voting for the Z. The letters for the embossed alpha will still come up - but maybe we are lucky and can "squeeze" the Z in somehow!
therefore I leave the Z on the voting list, ok?

Well - if we all hold our breath and cross our fingers (and any thing else that anyone knows that may influence the Universe LOL) - we MIGHT just have done it!
It is still very close, so I won't count my chickens 'til they've hatched - but the Z now stands at 150, with the C yapping at its heals with 145.

I saw your posts and the quoted message over there. Maybe they will join in just to get the designs they want. Who knows, maybe they will decide to 'vote for DBS' and click on 'Embroider Top', too.

I'm confused to the request for us to make a SiCK request list on the Cute site since they already have a system in place. She may be jealous of your and wienerin's organizational skills and our voting numbers.

The reason I wouldn't want to post our lists on that site, is that I wouldn't want to ask for help with voting if they weren't given the opportunity to add their wishes. - they can only be added if they come to us. Wienerin has said she doesn't mind the extra work - so long as everyone gives her the URL for their requests.
Talking of wienerin - where is she? I hope she's not snowed in somewhere awkward!
In the absence of a request list for the moment, I suggest we let the new alphabet run it's course for a bit, and then try for another Christmasfont letter now and then, which ever are needed. (I know that quite a few Cuties are still needing some.)

No moto, not snowed in, just having tea at my granny's... I'm back home again, had to keep Madame P busy, and now - here I am!

Now ... isn't that great with the Z? ***hopping happily around***
You're right, I don't mind "extra work", because as long as people send me the links it's just copy&paste, once to add the wish to the list, then to post it here, so actually it's not much work. Just the list will be getting longer and longer the more people send their requests and we would have to wait longer until the wishes come up (I stick to the rule of first come - first serve, unless the community agrees to pull up a single design for some reason, like we already did every now and then). - And I fully agree with you moto. Let's keep "our" list here and not go to the cute site with it.

dori has quite a handful that she's missed, so I thought maybe go for some of them every now and then (as some of the Cuties are also missing some, we may get some help from there as well). I think if we start voting another font whilst there is a brand new one up it will be a slow and uphill battle to say the least

ok, I found her post; so we should try to "squeeze in" A,E,H,J,K,L,M,P,R and S from the Christmas Font; maybe we are lucky with at least some of them (which of course will only work if you DON'T vote for the "next" letter of the ongoing alpha, but only for those Christmas font letters!)
