Yes, you have to register, but it's free. They also offer paid memberships, but that is not necessary to vote 'or' collect freebies.
I was just there and was in the process of downloading the Cross Stitch we won and it hung up and have not been able to get back on the site...sigh. I think we crashed it! LOL

Yeah all I need now is the letter C in the happy winter fonts thanks again everyone. Need to see the new list for voting and will go back later to vote for tomorrows as I go the B and went back to see if all the other wishes for everyone came in but now it won't let me back on either so will try again later.
