2 Tbs granulated sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
dash salt
1-4 oz snack pack container of diced peaches
1 large coffee mug
Microwave 1 Tbsp butter or margarine in mug until
melted (about 20 seconds on high power). Blend
all dry ingredients and add to the mug, add 2 Tbsp

well drained peaches on top of batter. Do not stir.
Microwave 2 minutes at 70% power. Let stand in
microwave 2 minutes. Remove from oven and let
stand until cool enough to eat.
Note:
Make a great any time gift by placing the dry ingredients in a
plastic baggie....Substitute ! Tbsp dry non fat milk in place
of milk and add 2 Tbsp water to the ingredient list.
Place baggie in a large mug with instructions.
Hi Sewngranny,
This recipe sounds great! I'd love to try it soon- but I need to know if I should add any flour in order to make the batter?
Thanks so much, Sewngranny, for your quick reply and great recipe. I am looking forward to making it soon and perhaps using other fruit as well as peaches.
I wanted to thank Sewngranny for this recipe. I have four French White Soup Mugs which are about twice the size of a coffee mug. I doubled the recipe so it would fill the mug. I made four of them for a little afternoon get together and everyone loved them. One of my guest told me that the person who thought of this must be an Angel from Heaven. I told her that I would make sure I sent the messege. Thank you so much

P.S. I am on the Weight Watchers Diet and this is the perfect way to cheat and still stay on your diet by not having a whole peach cobbler sitting around the kitchen.
I have a 1100 watt microwave. You will need to increase the time. I do not know how much.
Also you need to add 2 Tbs of flour to this recipe. i failed to include it in the orginal posting.
Enjoy!
More temptation to try......thank you for sharing the recipe Sengranny
Love like there is no tomorrowLife upon the Earth is not a burden to be borne, but a joy to be learned and shared with others
I am happy you enjoyed your peach cobbler in a mug.
I am not the Angel who created this. I like dessert
and this is quick and easy. Just as you wrote, "it is better"
than having a whole cobbler calling your name!
Have a gr8te day!
Thank you Sewngranny I will have to experiment.
