So glad he is home. Hope all continues to go well. Thank goodness they found the other problems before they caused more!
My husband has been in the hospital for the past 11 days. They let him come home at 9:00 last night. He was admitted for a bleeding problem that they still have not found, but while looking they found 2 arteries blocked at 100%, one at 99% and one at 85% needless to say they did open heart bypasses on them he willstill have to return for more blood transfusions until he is strong enough for the to start looking for his "leak" again.
So glad he is home. Hope all continues to go well. Thank goodness they found the other problems before they caused more!
You must have been worried sick whilst he was in the hospital - I'm so glad he is over the worst. Now that they've done some repairs I'll bet he will get stronger by the day, and then they can 'fine tune' everything, and clear up the leak.
I guess it was lucky in one way, because he could have not found out about the blocked arteries until he'd had a heart attack, if he hadn't gone in about the bleeding.
I wish him a speedy and successful recovery, and hope that you will keep strong yourself.
I am so pleased your hubby is back home. Healthproblemsa re so hard when it is someone you love. I hope he recouperates quickly and pray they are able to find that leak as swiftly as they can. Hugz to you! Sharon

Glad to hear he is home. Wishing your Hubby all the best in his recupration....stay strong.
Glad they were able to fix the arteries. Hope he has an easy and quick recovery. Maybe the leaks will heal themselves. 11 days is a long time to be in the hospital these days. Hope all goes well. Dreama
Hope he gains more and more strenght each day. You both take care. Hugs.
Your hubby is in my prayers for a speedy and full recovery, snugsbear. Eleven days sounds like a very long time to be looking for a "bleeder."
My hubby will have an angiogram in a couple of weeks. His stress test showed some irregularities so he was sent to a cardiologist.

Never give up, never surrender.
I'm happy your hubby is home. He's solved someproblems with the surgury - and that's a good thing. At least those clogged arteries were taken care of before he had a heart attack.
I hope they find a resolution to his bleeding problem soon. I'll say prayer for his speedy recovery.
So glad for you, lucky they found them and were able to fix the problem.

There is always, always something to be thankful for.
Thank you for all you good wishes we married at 18 years old 43 years ago. I have spent most of my life with him and it is hard to see him in such poor health. The 24th is his birthday. We are so very blesswith 2 great kids and six wonderful grandkids and all our friends. Everyday someone else sends a note or call about putting him on their prayer chain. I do KNOW prayer works. If you have a spare one Odie could still use you prayer.
Thanks again Snugs

SnugBear - What a relief to have your hubby home and to have uncovered all the blockages and have the bypass surgery. I will keep you both in my prayers as he continues on the road to recovery. Hopefully all issues can be addressed and cured in the near future. Hugs to you. Cathy
